Lara’s real estate journey began as a buyer herself in 2020, when she navigated her first property purchase on the island of Kauai. After befriending the best real estate broker on the island, she became licensed in early 2023 and joined BHGRE Rainbow Island Properties.

As the hands-on property manager for three rental units, Lara has gained invaluable real-world experience in every aspect of Kauai real estate—from buying and selling to managing and nurturing tenant relationships. Not just theoretical knowledge but wisdom earned through daily practice.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you’ll find Lara helping clients through her energy medicine practice, writing another book, working out at the gym, volunteering with the Civil Air Patrol’s Kauai Squadron, dancing hula with her halau and parenting her teenage son. That last one, though – whew!…..makes everything else an absolute piece of cake lol.
